It is fitted with a high quality solid neoprene seal. It is rated for soundproof, smoke, fire, air infiltration and is wheel chair accesible. Available in three finishes and is custom cut to size.

    This high quality versatile door gasket can be used for many applications. Firstly, it can be applied as a head and jamb protector. It is fitted with Zero's Compress-O-Matic solid neoprene extruded bulb and finger (EBF) seal. The bulb compresses when the door is closed, forming a tight seal around the frame of the door. The extruded finger is for added protection in case the door is misaligned due to poor installation or slight warping.

    It can also be used for an adjustable stop for a saddle and for window protection for the lower sash on double hung windows. It can fill gaps up to .125 inches. The aluminum anodized casing features a channel for low voltage wires with a tamper-proof snap-on cover which eliminates unsightly exposed mounting screws. The dimensions of this product allows for it to be applied to a stop. Available in three finishes and is custom cut to size.

    This product is rated for sound, smoke, fire, air infiltration and wheel chair accessibility, and can be used to meet ANSI and ADA requirements in public buildings.
