Trademark Hardware Return Policy

  • Most merchandise on our site is custom cut and therefore not returnable. See our full Return policy here.
  • All damage and shortage claims must be made within 10 days of delivery. If damaged upon arrival, you have the right to refuse the order. Call a Customer Care Specialist at 1-845-388-1300 to report damages.
  • A copy of the packing slip or the customer receipt must accompany all returns.
  • A refund will be issued to the original form of payment within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item at our warehouse.
  • Exceptions to return policy:
    • Fast & Easy products can be returned up to 30 days for a full refund with no restocking fee
    • As a courtesy, we will at our own discretion, accept returns with prior authorization with a 30% restocking fee.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any return should we determine that our policies are being abused.
