This ultra-durable, ultra-thick heavy duty threshold is ideal for high traffic and high weight bearing applications, such as industrial facilities, schools, cafeterias, manufacturing buildings and hospitals. It can withstand coastal and high humidity conditions.

Finishes: Available in various different finish options

PemKote™ Non-Slip surface is a rugged abrasive finish of nickel-aluminum composite. It is an aesthetically pleasing skid resistant coating with the extremely high bond strength and excellent resistance to oxidation. It provides safety in environments used by youths and people with disabilities. It is particularly recommended for thresholds placed in exterior conditions where moisture may be present.

Note on Drilling: Threshold can be pre-drilled for easy installation, select from options above. Drilling is highly recommended since it is difficult to drill through. Drilling is supplied at the centerline.

Installation: Installation screws provided. Screws are colored to blend unobtrusively with the casing. If the threshold is being drilled into concrete, an Expansion Anchor is recommended.

Custom Widths: Modular construction allows the threshold to fit wide openings without the expense of custom cast thresholds. There are no restrictions on width additions, at 1" increments. For a custom width threshold, contact us or call us at 845-388-1300.
