This threshold is an all-vinyl separator threshold. It serves as a transition strip between two tile floors that join under an interior door. Designed with inserts on each side to allow tiles to be properly secured under the door, vinyl separator is a great solution as a threshold and transition strip for interior doors in hotels and offices. This threshold is fire rated and ADA compliant. Available in black and dark brown in lengths 36", 48" and 73".

    This all vinyl separator threshold is an ideal solution as a threshold and transition strip for interior doors where two different tiles meet under the door. Threshold is great for use in high-traffic commercial installation such as hotels and offices. It also helps fill the gap under doors which lessens draft and dust infiltration. Manufactured with slightly flexible material which aids in cutting and fitting of threshold.

    Vinyl threshold creates a smooth under-door surface for Door Bottom Sweeps and Automatic Door Bottoms to rest against, to ensure the best possible seal.

    Height of the cavities are .375" and the overall height of the threshold is .719". The bottom width is 1.40625" and the top is 2.75". Available in black and dark brown and lengths 36", 48", 73". Threshold length can be easily shortened with a razor blade. It is ADA compliant / wheelchair compatible.

    This product should be glued to concrete or plywood subfloor with construction adhesives, such as liquid nails. These are not included.

    Note: Adhesive threshold could add as much as 1/32"-1/16" of height and should be considered when calculating the needed clearance.
