Based on our many years of experience with automatic door bottom we have combined the benefits of all the industry leading automatic door bottoms to create a winning design.

The Trademark Hardware Acoustical Automatic Door Bottom features a sponge neoprene seal with great compression which lowers to seal gaps up to .5". It is fully mortised, ensuring it does not alter the look of the door and can fit doors as small as 1-3/8" thick. 

The automatic door bottom can be installed though the standard method of screwing through the bottom of the door, or it can be held in place with the Easy Access End Caps. The Easy Access End Caps screw into the sides of the door and allows the door bottom to be removed without removing the door. This is ideal for environments that require door hardware to be properly cleaned periodically.

It is stocked in 36" lengths which can cut in the filed up to 28" lengths. Additionally, these can be custom ordered in bulk in exact sizes needed.
