Zero #Z49 Easy Access Steel Brackets for Mortised ZERO Automatic Door Bottom
These Zero #Z49 Easy Access Brackets are designed to secure Mortised Automatic Door Bottoms to the door without using bottom screws, enabling easy access for repairs and maintenance and for the unit's insert to be removed without taking the door off the frame. The brackets also conceal the automatic door bottom, providing an aesthetic upgrade. Made of powder coated steel.
Brackets are sold as a set. Only compatible with specific Mortised Automatic Door Bottoms made by Zero, see list below.

Easy Access Brackets are mounted on both ends of a mortised automatic door bottom. The steel brackets are designed to secure Automatic Door Bottoms to the door using no bottom screws. The unit can then be removed from either end without taking the door off the frame. This permits easy access to the door bottom's insert for repairs and maintenance.
Ideal for Hospitals and health care centers where the rubber insert must be removed periodically for cleaning purposes. The brackets also conceal the automatic door bottom, providing an aesthetic upgrade.
Bracket plates measure 1.687” (W) X 1.750” (H). They are made of sturdy steel prime, 18 gauge (see product specs). There are four screw holes in each plate, with an additional large hole in the plate that is mounted over the brass adjusting nut that activates the drop seal of the automatic door bottom (see application tab to the right).
