 Falcon 1990 Concealed Vertical Rod Crossbar Exit Device with Cylindrical Functions and Trims. Grade 1 standards, made with tough crossbar design, hardened steel latches and adjustable strike. Available in a variety of finishes, sizes and options.

    Falcon Medium Duty 1990 Cross Bar Exit Device for double door applications.

    Functions: (See Product Data Tab below for additional information.)

    • 1991: Cross Bar Exit Device with 9970 Dummy Trim. Entrance by trim when actuating bar is locked down.
    • 1992: Cross Bar Exit Device with Rim Cylinder. Can be field reversible as Night Latch or Hold Back. Entrance by ingress when latchbolt is retracted by key (Night Latch Function) or set in retracted position by key (Night Latch and Hold Back Function.)  
    • 1993: Cross Bar Exit Device with 9970 Dummy Trim and Rim Cylinder. Cylinder can be field reversible for Night Latch or Hold Back. Entrance on ingress by trim when latchbolt is retracted by key (Night Latch Function) or set in retracted position by key (Night Latch and Hold Back Function.)

    Length: Choose from 2 size options: 41" and 48". Device can be easily cut to size in the field during installation.

    Handing: Non Handed

    Door Type: For aluminum doors. Not recommended for use on wood doors. (Specify if door material other than aluminum.)

    Door Size: For doors 84" Height X 44" Wide. 48" crossbar available for doors up to 51" Wide. 

    Door Thickness: For 1 3/4" thick metal doors. Specify in order comments if other than 1 3/4" thick.

    Door Stile Thickness: 1 3/4" Thick Door Stile, minimum.                           

    Cylinder: Rim, Key Entry (NL) or Hold Back (HB) available and field selectable. Rim cylinder supplied standard with NL and HB options is C keyway. Available in US26D (supplied by default) and US10B. To specify US10B cylinder finish, add to order comments before completing purchase.

    Vertical Rods: 7' standard. Extension rods are available for doors 7' - 10'. Select door height above and extension rods will be furnished to length.

    Strikes: PB48 top

    Dogging Feature: Hex Dogging standard. 

    Projections: 4 3/8" extended, 2 1/2" depressed. 

    Fasteners: All mounting screws concealed. 

    ANSI: Certified ANSI A156.3 2001 Grade 1 Standards.
