How to Choose an Adjustable Interlocking Threshold System

Zero Adjustable Interlocking Thresholds combine seperate components to form a threshold with your custom width and length requirements. The radial design of the connection allows the threshold to rotate and conform to surface irregularities. Threshold bases utilize interlocking hooks, rubber gaskets or thermal breaks to ensure superior performance.

Since the threshold comes in many parts, they are much easier to trim and fit than conventional thresholds. They install without exposed mounting screws on the base for better aesthetics and durability. Components are crafted from high quality solid bronze material and are available in Mill Finish, Oil Rubbed, Polished or Satin Bronze.

To begin choosing your threshold, determine the total width needed once combined. All parts are custom cut to your specific length.

#1 - Select a Base
The base component rests directly underneath the door and creates a seal.

SKU: Z7000B
Width: 2.449", Height: .886"
Interlocking flange combines with
hook or angle to create seal.
SKU: Z7338B
Total Width: 3.298", Height: .890"
Neoprene gasekt compresses against
rabbet in door to create seal. Thermal seal prevents heat loss.

#2 - Select a Threshold Leg
Threshold legs interlock with the base to span the floor surface.

SKU: Z7334
Width: 4", Thickness: .141"
Desc: 4" Threshold Leg
SKU: Z7335
Width: 5", Thickness: .141"
Desc: 5" Threshold Leg
SKU: Z7332
Width: 2", Thickness: .141"
 Desc: 2" Leg Extension Plate.
Can be combined with 4" or 5" Leg

#3 - Select an Interlocking Hook
