This Zero #175 Interlocking Threshold, compatible with an in-swing door, and perfect for an exterior door, is fitted with a water return and weep hole which drains water. It is Fire Rated and will provide a strong seal against dust, drafts and water infiltration. Available in two finishes with options of epoxy abrasives and full body strength. Length is custom cut to size.

    The interlocking design effectively seals the gap under doors. Compatible with inswing doors. Threshold has a flat top saddle which works well with our Surface Mounted Automatic Door Bottoms.

    A Note on Finishes: Aluminum Mill Finish is plain smooth metal as it comes from the mill, without a coating. Bronze is a mill finish, sometimes referred to as Architectural Bronze. It is a solid bronze piece, which increases longevity and aesthetics, thus the large difference in price. It gets darker in color with time when exposed to the environment.

    Installation: Installation Instructions and screws provided. If threshold is being drilled into concrete, an Expansion Anchor is recommended.

    Drilling: This product is drilled at standard factory locations.

    Additional Options can be purchased through our office Include:

    • Non-Stick Epoxy Abrasives can be bonded into the grooves. The tread provides a coefficient of friction of 1.02 dry and 0.98 wet to comply with ADA, OSHA and most local building codes requirements.
    • Full Body Strength: An aluminum composite filler containing aluminum oxide and silicone carbide. Ideal applications include heavy commercial traffic in supply rooms, manufacturing buildings, schools, cafeterias, automobile dealers, hospitals, and industrial facilities.
