This model is a self-attaching door louver with galvanized "Z" blades and a bird screen, and has a free flow area of 50%. The product is a 20 gauge frame with 18 gauge blades and comes in a powder coat gray finish. The louver is compatible with 1-3/4" thick doors, and is suitable for exterior applications where maximum weather resistance is required. Available in many sizes, choose from the dropdown below.

    Door Louvers provide ventilation and air flow while still maintaining the privacy of a closed door. This self-attaching louver has galvanized "Z" blades and a bird screen, and is suitable for exterior applications where maximum weather resistance is required.

    Material: 20 gauge frame and 18 gauge blades are galvanneal sheet metal for maximum weather resistance for exterior applications

    Dimensions: Available in common sizes through our site. Additional sizing can be purchased through our office.

    Finish: Gray powder coat finish

    Construction: The louver has "Z" blades with 2-1/4" blade spacing that are attached by interlocking construction to the 1-3/4” deep, welded frame. This is a non-vision construction. The frame has a 2" trim with mitered and welded corners. Screws fasten through the frame into the louver core, leaving the exterior side of the frame free of fasteners.

    Door Type: For 1-3/4" thick doors.

    Fasteners Included: Phillips head screws #8 x 3/4” to match finish.

    Free Flow Area: 50% free area

    Screen: Standard bird screen on the interior side of the louver
