This high quality gasket is designed with a sponge neoprene seal which can be easily adjusted up to .3" with a screwdriver if natural shifting of the door frame occurs. It is designed for soundproofing doors in residential or light commercial applications, such as home theaters, recording studios and hotels.

Adjustable: A adjustable seal is designed to give a consistent seal at all times. When clearance increases with natural shifting, all it takes is a few turns of a screwdriver to restore a proper seal. It has an adjustable range of .3 inches.

Seal: It is fitted with a high quality spronge neoprene seal which is water and weatherproof and remains flexible in extreme temperatures. It has strong compression properties and will retain its shape through much usage

Application: Designed to be installed on a stop on doors up to 36" x 84", they can be easily trimmed in the field.

Installation: Installation screws included. Screws are colored to coordinate with casing.
