This Ives Pivot Hinge set reduces stress on the door by distributing the weight of the door throughout the door and structure. This Ives 7245F fire rated pivot set includes a top header mount and bottom mortised cement mount pivot. This pivot is made for doors up to 500 lbs. It is non handed and available in a variety of finishes.

    This Ives 7245F 1-1/2" offset fire rated pivot consists of a top header mount and bottom mortised cement case mount pivot. It has a vertical adjustment range of 3/16" with positive locking that allows the installer to precisely install the door and balance the load. 

    Material: 304 series stainless steel

    Available Finishes: Variety of finishes available - Choose from Dropdown above

    Handing: Non Handed

    Door Thickness: Minimum 1-3/4" with 1/8" bevel in 2"

    Feature: Vertical adjustment range of 3/16" with positive locking

    Additional Options: Intermediate Pivot - To use with 7245F Intermediate Pivot - Use one pivot for each 100 lbs. over the pivot set capacity weight. Can be purchased through our office.
