    The 4540 Automatic Door Closer, Electromechanical from Norton is a low-energy, electromechanical, door-mounted device. This operator is perfect for retrofit applications because of its WiFi user interface, universal push/pull arm, and integrated RF receiver.

    Functions: 

    • Hold Open
      • Amount of time a door will stay in the full open position after activation
    • Manual Close Delay
      • Amount of time a door will pause before closing
    • Infinite Hold Open
      • Pressing/holding WiFi button puts door into hold open. Hold open releases by pressing WiFi button again
    • Latch Assist
      • At closed position, after an activation, the door is pulled in
      • After the door has closed, the door is pulled in to assist with latch release/engagement
    • Latch Force
      • For doors that do not have a latch, a selectable force is applied to the door to hold it against the frame.
    • Obstruction Detection
      • Open: door closes if it hits an obstruction while opening
      • Close: door will reverse to open position if it hits an obstruction while closing
      • After 3 obstructed closes in a row, door will lightly rest against the obstruction until removed
    • Open Delay
      • Delays operator opening for locking hardware
    • Outside Push Button Disable
      • When contact is closed, outside push button is disabled
    • Power Close
      • Additional force to assist door closing
