Schlage Tubular Door Handle is known for its performance that goes above and above grade 1. After undergoing rigorous testing, the locks have been shown to withstand 3,100 in-lb. excessive lever torque—more than two and a half times the minimum required by Grade 1 standards. All new construction and retrofit applications where grade 1 strength and security are sought will benefit greatly from the ND Series, which is not only strong but also long-lasting, with almost no droop or wobble even after 16 million cycles.
