Zero #339FS Door Bottom, Aluminum with a 1.25" Neoprene and Fire Stop Seal

This Zero #339FS aluminum cased door bottom is surface mounted to fill gaps under doors and prevent infiltration of light, drafts, moisture, and dust. It combines an intumescent and neoprene seal to create a fire and smoke rated barrier which can restore lost fire ratings. Available in options of anodized finishes and is custom cut to size.

This aluminum cased door bottom is great for large gaps under doors and can restore lost fire ratings. It is fitted with a neoprene and Zero's INTUMET™ intumescent material seal that will prevent infiltration of light, drafts, moisture, and dust and creates a fire and smoke barrier.

The casing of the door bottom is surface mounted to the face of the door. It extends outward .4" and has a height of 1". The neoprene seal has a height of 1.375", and can seal gaps up to 1.25". This product is approved for 20-minute fire rated wooden doors with excessive undercut up to 1.25". It is made of .094" thick aluminum and the highest quality materials to ensure long lasing usage.

Door Bottom is fitted with FS3003 INTUMET™ material. For more information, see Understanding Intumescent Fire Stop Material.

It is recommended that this product be used in conjunction with a Utility Threshold.

Installation instructions and screws provided. Screws are colored to blend unobtrusively into casing.
