This heavy duty door gasket is designed for metal doors. It utilizes a metal seal which cleaves to the door, and uses Zero's INTUMET™ Technology which creates a smoke and fireproof barrier. It is available in primed steel and is custom cut to size.

    This heavy duty head and jamb protection is designed for use with metal doors. It is equipped with a metal seal which is covered in vinyl for extra protection. It also utilizes Zero's INTUMET™ Technology for maximum fire and smoke protection. This door gasket is encased in a 12 gauge steel casing which is held in place by a steel spacer. The high quality casing provides maximum strength and durability and ensures lifetime performance. The sizing of this gasket allows it to be installed as a stop. Available in steel primed and is custom cut to size.

      • FREE SHIPPING on orders over $200.00. There will be a flat $14.99 shipping and handling fee on orders under $200.00. - Applies to orders shipped within the USA (excluding Alaska and Hawaii).
      • Shipping to Canada, Alaska or Hawaii: Free Shipping on orders over $400. There will be a flat $49.99 fee on orders under $400.
      • Ships via major carriers, such as UPS or FedEx Ground, with tracking information provided.
         
    • Returns:
      • This door hardware is custom cut and NOT returnable.
      • As a courtesy, we may, at our discretion, accept returns with prior authorization and a 30% restocking fee.
      • Please call or email us to receive an RMA number before returning. No returns will be processed without an RMA number.
      • Return shipping is customer's responsibility. A return address will be provided with RMA#.
      • If you are shipping via USPS (not recommended) do NOT require signature as we will not be able to pick up your package from local post office facility.
