This Zero #170 door gasket sound seal provides heavy duty head and jamb protection. It is fitted with a closed-cell sponge neoprene seal that is easily adjustable by screw driver if natural shifting of the door frame occurs. It is soundproof, smoke and fire rated. Comes in three finishes and is custom cut to size.

    This heavy duty adjustable door gasket is designed to provide consistent protection, and ensures a proper seal at all times. Available in three anodized finishes and is custom cut to size. See below for key features:

    Casing: Casing is made of high quality anodized aluminum that will last through much usage. This gasket can be applied as a door stop (and replace your stop molding) or onto an existing stop. We recommend using it as a door stop itself. As a door stop it will run along the length of your door frame to the bottom of your door and will be compatible with a Surface Mounted Automatic Door Bottom.

    Mitered Edge Design: Due to the size of this casing, it can be cut with a mitered edge, which provides a stronger seal over straight edges. Select from options above.

    Adjustable:  As doors tend to shift and warp over time it is inevitable that eventually your gasket will lose its effectiveness and provide a compromised seal between the gasket and the door. This gasket can be easily adjusted with a simple twist of a screwdriver, allowing you to maintain a constant tight seal. It has an adjustable range of .3 inches.

    Seal Material: This product is fitted with a fire and smoke rated closed-cell sponge neoprene seal which compresses against the door to prevent light, smoke, fire, sound and dust infiltration. A neoprene interior provides additional protection.

    This product can be applied with a door closer or a strike plate when applied with our specialized Door Closer or Strike Plate Mounting Bracket.
