This ADA compliant and fire rated 10" wide Door Saddle Threshold is extruded from high quality bronze or aluminum, providing long lasting superior performance.

Height clearance of .5" which aids in insulating a room and creates a smooth transition between two floor surfaces.

Available in bronze mill finish and three aluminum variations. Length is custom cut to size.

This ADA compliant and fire rated 10" wide Saddle Threshold is extruded from high quality bronze or aluminum, providing long lasting superior performance. It has a height clearance of .5" which aids in insulating a room and creates a smooth transition between two floor surfaces.

Finishes: Available in three aluminum variations and bronze mill finish (can also be purchased in Oil Rubbed Bronze through our office for 40% above our standard bronze pricing)

A Note on Finishes: Aluminum Mill Finish is plain smooth metal as it comes from the mill, without a coating. Bronze is a mill finish, sometimes referred to as Architectural Bronze. It is a solid bronze piece, which increases longevity and aesthetics, thus the large difference in price. It gets darker in color in a time when exposed to the environment. Anodizing is an electrolytic process that applies a corrosion-resistant coating to the aluminum for longer wear and color maintenance.

Installation: Installation instructions and screws provided. Screws are colored to coordinate with door hardware. If the threshold is being drilled into concrete, an Expansion Anchor is recommended.

Drilling: Threshold is drilled along the centerline.
