Falcon 19R Series Pushpad Rim Exit Device with trim functions including Night Latch and Dummy Trim. Grade 1 standards, provides a low maintenance narrow stile rim exit device for medium duty applications. Can be used to cover a 161 door prep. Available in a variety of functions, finishes and sizes.

Note: All Functions are less cylinder aside from Key in Lever functions.

    Falcon Medium Duty 19-R Series Rim Exit Device for panic and fire-rated applications.  

    Options: 

    Functions and Trims: Large trim selection available with options for functions including: Night Latch, Dummy Trim and Blank Escutcheon. See options tab for full selection.

    Finishes: Available in a choice of 3 finish options; SP28, SP313 and US32D. Centercase and end cap are powder coated black only. (SP28 and SP313 contain certain exposed parts that are molded from black plastic material or black powder coated finish).

    Length: Choose from 2 size options;  3' long (for doors from 2'5" up to 3') and 4' long (for doors from 3' to 4' long). Can be easily cut to size on the field. 

    For use on: Commercial, apartments, retail and any medium traffic applications in interior, exterior and retrofit construction.

    Applications: Used for superior panic hardware with modern touchbar styling. Non-handed device covers a 161 cutout and may be used on 1 3/4" narrow stile aluminum doors. 

    Materials: Built with rugged steel operating mechanisms, durable aluminum push bars with black powder-coated metal end caps and cast metal cover plates.

    Latch: Stainless Steel, 3/4" throw dead locking.

    Handing: Non handed

    Door Type: For metal or wood doors.

    Door Size: 24", minimum.

    Door Thickness: 1 3/4" thick doors, specify if other

    Door Stile: 1 3/4" thick, minimum.                                    

    Strikes: F570 Standard. F490, 565, 571, 571A Optional.

    Dogging feature: Hex key dogging standard. Cylinder dogging or less dogging optional.

    Cylinder: Rim, key entry (NL) or hold back (HB) available (field selectable). Cylinders are only included with key in lever trims.

    Projections: 2-1/2" in neutral position, 1-7/8" in dogged position. Pushbar height is 1-3/4".

    Fasteners: Three 4122 Sex Bolts supplied standard, at no charge. All machine screw mounting. Device mounting fasteners are concealed, latch fasteners are exposed to egress side.

    ANSI: Certified ANSI A156.3 Grade 1 Standards.

    Mullions: Removable mullions are available for pairs of doors.
