    Half Thresholds remove the tripping hazards associated with floor changes. Additionally, threshold is fitted with a PVC break which reduces heat loss and prevents frost build up on the interior surface of the saddle.

    Installation: Installation instructions and screws provided. If threshold is being drilled into concrete, Expansion Anchors are recommended.

    Drilling: Threshold is drilled along the center line for easy installation

    Additional Options Include:

    • Non-Stick Epoxy Abrasives can be bonded into the grooves. The tread provides a coefficient of friction of 1.02 dry and 0.98 wet to comply with ADA, OSHA and most local building codes requirements.

    • Full Body Strength: An aluminum composite filler containing aluminum oxide and silicone carbide. Ideal applications include heavy commercial traffic in supply rooms, manufacturing buildings, schools, cafeterias, automobile dealers, hospitals, and industrial facilities.

    • Photoluminescent:  Facilitates safe emergency exit when power systems have failed. The photoluminescent material is charged by exposure to ambient light and admits luminescent after the activating light source is no longer available. Made with top grade strontium pigments, the material in the system is non-electric, non-toxic and non-radioactive. It is designed for easy maintenance, maximum durability and good slip resistance in all conditions
