Markar FS402 is a Heavy-Duty Flush Full Surface Leaf Toilet Partition Hinge which is mounted to the surfaces of the door and frame.  This hinge is designed for door weighing up to 80 lbs. and a maximum width of 3'0". Hinge is made of Aluminum Alloy with a Clear Bronze finish and is available in standard stock sizes, see below for details and pricing.

    Marker FS402 is a Pin and Barrel Type Continuous Aluminum Concealed Leaf Toilet Partition Hinge.

    • Standard Sizes: 54", 57", 72". Custom sizing available, contact us or call at 845-388-1300 for details and pricing. 
       
    • Applications:  Supports weights up to 80 lbs. 3'0" maximum door width. Non-handed. Ideal for damp or corrosive environments.
       
    • Design: Spring-Loaded Barrel Type Hinge, .25" diameter Stainless Steel pin with Stainless Steel spring mechanism. Torx tip cap to adjust spring tension with split nylon bearings. Gives complete support along the entire length of the partition door which provides a clean, finished look and virtually elimates the "sight line" of multi-part systems. Fasteners concealed when door is closed. 
       
    • Material: 6063-T6 Aluminum Alloy Hinge with Extruded Aluminum security molding.

    • Mounting Hardware: 1/4" x 20 pan head machine screws concealed by cover caps.
               TORX Adjust Screw which adjusts tension on doors to close tightly for out-swinging ADA compliance.
