Zero #267 Rabbeted Threshold Stop, Aluminum with Neoprene Gasket, 2.155" Wide

Zero #267 Threshold Stop is designed to be butted against a floor with an offset of .625". The saddle has a slight slope which spans under doors while the neoprene seal compresses against the door for superior sealing. Required door clearance is .25". Available in aluminum mill finish and is custom cut to size.

Threshold stop is designed to be butted against a floor with an offset. Saddle spans under door and seal is tightly compressed when door is closed.

Finish: Aluminum mill finish

Seal: Solid Neoprene EBF (Extruded Bulb and Finger Design). The bulb has great compression properties while the additional finger aids in sealing extra gaps due to misalignment during installation or natural warping of the door. Solid neoprene will remain effective in extreme weather conditions.

Installation: Installation Instructions and screws provided. If threshold is being drilled into concrete, Expansion Anchors are recommended.
