Measuring .250” wide, this double stick tape has a lower initial tack, but higher ultimate performace after cure time. Sold in roll.

    This double coated, pressure sensitive adhesive tape is a great replacement for glue and screws when installing meeting stiles, gaskets, and weatherstripping. It measures .250” wide and is sold in rolls, 180FT.

    Utilizing 3M adhesives, this high quality, clear, tape is coated with long lasting, acrylic based adhesive. Acrylic based tape is characterized by lower initial tack but higher ultimate performance after a cure time of 24 hours. Ideal for low surface energy surfaces, it demonstrates outstanding adhesion to LSE plastics, powder coated paints and oily metals. It has great temperature endurance (up to 450 F°), and excellent chemical, UV, aging, and solvent resistance. It is permanent.

    • The bond strength of 3M laminating adhesive increases as a function of time and temperature, and has very high initial adhesion.

      • Long Term (days, weeks): 200° F
      • Short Term (minutes, hours):300° F
    • Shear Strength - ASTM D3654 modified (.5 inch sq. sample size)
