Pemko #255x5BFG Utility Threshold, 10.125” Bronze with Thermal Break, .5” H

This ADA compliant Saddle Threshold is made of high quality extruded bronze and provides long lasting superior performance. It is 10.125" wide, and has a height clearance of .5". A thermal break in the center of the threshold inhibits the passage of heat or cold through the metal. Length is custom cut to size.

Threshold is fitted with a black rigid polypropylene break which reduces heat loss and prevents frost build up on the interior surface of the saddle.

Installation: Installation instructions and screws provided. Screws are colored to blend unobtrusively with door hardware. If threshold is being drilled into concrete, an Expansion Anchor is recommended.

Drilling: Threshold requires two rows of fasteners for installation. Drilling holes will be applied to the center line of each saddle piece for easy installation.
