Wooster's Spectra Two Stage Nosing W2003: Product Specifications:

• Premium Quality Construction
• For newly set steel pan or poured concrete stairs
• Upper piece of Nosing can be easily replaced if damaged, no costly demolition of stairs
• Disposable wood insert for use during construction phase, if desired, at small additional charge
• Heavy pedestrian use

Abrasive Filler:

• Contains approximately 60% virgin grain Aluminum Oxide abrasive.
• Extends over the curved front edge of nosing
• Is securely bonded to the extruded aluminum base.
• Color will extend uniformly throughout the filler.

Two Stage Installation:

Nosing is installed into freshly poured steel pan stairs or formed concrete steps.

Construction Stage: The base with sure hold anchors and, if ordered, a disposable wood insert is set into the fresh concrete. The wood insert is secured with screws until after the construction phase.

Final Stage: After construction, wood is replaced with the anti-slip inserts for fresh, clean appearance and without the muck and wear of construction. Nosings can easily  be replaced if damaged, without costly demolition of stairs.
