Wooster 116 Abrasive Cast Safety Nosing serves as as full width nosings for concrete stairs where a deeper lip is desirable. Nosing can be superimposed on existing steps. 

Choose from Alumogrit (Cast Aluminum) and Ferrogrit (Cast Iron) and specify custom width and length in dropdown below. 

Countersunk holes and anchors can be chosen as well.

    Wooster 116 Safety Tread/ Nosing Product Specifications:

    • Serves as nosing with for concrete stairs or superimposed on existing steps. 
    • Anti-Slip: From any direction wet or dry, cuts risk of slips or falls.
    • Chief Use: where a deeper lip is desirable
    • Available in 3.00" and 4.00" Widths
    • For full width of stair
    • ALUMOGRIT Cast Aluminum or FERROGRIT Cast Iron
    • For New Construction or Existing Buildings
    • ​Resistance to Unusually Corrosive Environments (Aluminum Version)

    Anchor Options:

    Standard Anchoring Options: 1/4" (6.35 mm) F.H.M. plated screws and nuts with steel wing anchors for fresh concrete are standard fasteners for nosings. Countersunk holes or concealed integral anchors are also available.
