The louver is compatible with doors that have a minimum thickness of 1-3/4", and is recommended for applications where both non-vision and adjustable design is required in a tandem unit. Door Louvers provide ventilation and air flow while still maintaining the privacy of a closed door. This louver has twin "Z" blades and is recommended for applications where both non-vision and adjustable design is required in a tandem unit.

Material: 18 gauge CRS frame and louver blades

Dimensions: Available in standard sizes through our site. Additional sizing can be purchased through our office.

Available widths: 10"-24"
Available heights: 6"-36"
Multiple sections can be combined for larger sizes.

Construction: The louver has two" Z" blade sections. The adjustable side is riveted to the operating bar and frame at 1" intervals, while the fixed side is attached by interlocking construction to the frame. The frame has mitered and welded corners. The louver frame is screwed into the door from both sides.

Operation: Manually adjustable on interior face unless otherwise specified.

Door Type: For doors with a minimum thickness of 1-3/4”.

Fasteners Included: Countersunk mounting holes with #8 x 3/4" Phillips flathead screws to match finish.

Free Flow Area: 43% free area

- Electro Galvanized for corrosion resistance and exterior use
Fasteners-#8-32 Phillips flathead machine screw thru-bolted to #8-32 binder bolt with blank head on corridor side of frame for tamper-proof installations.
Screens:
- 18x14 mesh insect screen installed with rivets or screws. Available in aluminum, bronze, fiberglass and stainless. See our Options for Insect Screens.

Returns:
- Stock Items can be returned with a 30% Restock fee. Items must be in new, resalable condition.

- CLAIMS FOR SHORTAGE OR DAMAGE IN TRANSIT: All claims must be made within Seven (7) days of receipt of goods.
