Activar VLFEZIG is a beveled Vision Lite frame, compatiable for 5/16" - 1-11/16" glass (glass not included).This vision frame features single side fasteners and a continuous glass retainer, it has an Easy-Install frame and is for doors that are up to 3" thick. Available in many different finishes and sizes.

    This Activar Beveled VLFEZIG Vision Lite kit has and Easy-Install frame for Doors to 3". Vision Lite fame is for Application Requiring glazing up to 1-11/16".

    Material: 20 gauge CRS frame

    Dimensions: Available in common sizes, common glazing thickness and common door thickness through our site. Additional sizing, specific glazing thickness, and specific door thickness can be purchased through our office.

    Available Finishes: Available in all standard Powder Coat Finishes, see our Lites and Louvers Standard Finishes

    Construction: 1-1/4” trim with radius corners, mitered and welded. Continuous glass retainer, countersunk mounting holes either in the bevel or on the face of the non-corridor side, depending on thickness required. Frame projects 3/8”. 

    Door Type: UL: 1”- 3” door, WHI: 1 3/8” to 2 1/2” door

    Fasteners Included: #8 x 1” flathead phillips SMS to match finish.  

    Glass Compatibility: 5/16” - 1 11/16” glazing to be ordered separately.  Use fire rated glazing with Warnock Hersey (WHI) or UL classification markings for fire rated applications. Visible light is 2” under rough opening size.  Glass is 1” under order size. Fire-Rated Air Louvers Glazing to fit this vision frame:  KFRL, KFRFU, CONTRA45, CONTRA60, ARMRSHIELD, LGSHIELD. If glazing is being provided by a supplier other than Air Louvers, coordinate with the supplier to ensure compatibility with IG kits. 

    Please note, glazing material not supplied with this frame. 

    Compliance Details: When installed in properly rated and approved door, ratings up to 3 hours can be achieved, depending on the glazing used. Tested and Listed for UL 10C and Criteria of UBC 7-2 Positive Pressure.
