Floods are becoming more common around the world. What was once a 100-year phenomenon is now a seasonal trend that homeowners must deal with. The Dam Easy® Door Dam Flood Barrier is an excellent alternative to heavy and messy sandbags, This flood gate provides the first line of defense to prevent water from entering doors at your home.
Flood Barrier Extension Poles: Two or more barriers can be connected together with the aid of our extension pole. With the extension pole our Flood Gates can be used to secure Garages, Patio doors, French doors, Shop fronts, Loading bays. Elevators shafts. the list is endless.
Quick Installation: When flooding happens, the ability to act quickly is critical. This flood protection barrier provides you with reliable flood protection at your fingertips as it can be installed in under 5 minutes (once the extension pole is initially installed).
Extension Pole Installation: To install an extension pole you are required to core a hole 2.16" (55mm) thick by 6.3" (160mm) deep, a stainless steel rod is placed in this hole and runs flush with the ground and acts like an anchor for the pole. The extension pole can now be installed and removed in seconds.
When the extension pole is not in use there is a stainless steel cap which is screwed into the base and runs flush with the ground, leaving the area looking nice and neat, see detailed images above.

Unique Mechanism: Dam Easy® Flood Gate has a unique patented pneumatic pump action seal, which inflates a tube right around the outsides of the barrier completely sealing the area and leaving it water tight.
Flexibility: No need for precise measurements and custom made panels. One flood gate has the ability to extend to fit many sized door frames and can be used in different doorways / properties.
Aesthetics: No unsightly fixings that damage doorways.
