Emtek 3349 Craftsman Full Length Brass Mortise Entry Set

Emtek 3349 Craftsman Full Length Brass Mortise Entry Set will secure your front door and enhance its design with unique style. This Handleset is listed with a UL180 minute fire rating and is designed with an inside lever that retracts the latch and deadbolt simultaneously. Function: 

• EM3349 Single Cylinder UL Listed F20 Lockbox: This function is always locked on the outside, but has temporary override buttons on the edge of the door. The override button will keep the door unlocked temporarily. The button is reset each time the door is locked. 
• EM3349 Single Cylinder UL Listed F13 Lockbox: This function operates as a standard keyed lock. The set will only be locked when operated with a key outside, or via the interior thumbturn.
• EM3049 Dummy option: functions as a 'fake' entry set, with no latch or lock at all. It's commonly used in places where a latch mechanism is not needed, but the look of an entry set is desired.

Backset: The backset is the distance from the edge of the door to the center of of the borehole. The two backset options are  2-1/2” or 2-3/4" (select from the dropdown options above).

Door Thickness: This entry set fits a standard door thickness of 1-3/4”, 2", or 2-1/4" thick. Specify in order comments if your door is thicker.

Door Handing: To determine the handing of your door, stand outside the door and face it: If the hinges are on the left hand side of the door frame, you need a left-handed door set. If the hinges are on the right hand side of the door frame, you need a right-handed door set. View this article for more information on how to determine your door handing.
