Falcon 2390EO Recessed Exit Device with Concealed Vertical Rods and Exit Only Function. Grade 1 standards, recessed hardware reduces the projection of the hardware from the face of the door, limiting wear and tear. Available in a variety of finishes, sizes and options.

    Falcon 2390EO Recessed Exit Device with Concealed Vertical Rods.

    Functions:  Exit Only. To view this product with trim and cylindrical function, see our Falcon 2390 Series Recessed Exit Device.

    Design: Recessed device designed for high use and abuse. Sits in the rail of the door preventing damage by large equipment moving in and out of the door. Concealed rods are hidden to prevent tampering and are protected from the environment.

    Device Size: Choose from 2 size options: 21" or 24". Device is easily cut to size on the field during installation. See Product Data Tab to determine length needed. 

    Handing: Non handed 

    Door Type: For Aluminum Doors.

    Door Size: 42" or 48" Width X 84" Height. 21" device for doors 42", 24" device for doors up to 48" wide. See Product Data Tab for more information. 

    Door Height: Available for doors up to : 7', 8', 9' and 10'. Select Door Height above and extension rods will be furnished upon request.

    Mounting Height: Furnished to length based on a 40" horizontal CL from finished floor. Centerline must be specified above. 

    Door Thickness: For 1 3/4" thick metal doors. Specify in order comments if other than 1 3/4" thick. 

    Door Stile Thickness: 1 3/4" thick door stile, minimum.

    Cylinder: Mortise, key entry (NL) or hold back (HB) available and field selectable.

    Strikes: PB48 top.

    Dogging feature: Hex Key Dogging standard, except EL where must use hold back feature.

    Latches: Hex bottom latch (standard), RL- rod bottom latch, PL - Pullman bottom latch, ES - electric strike top latch (optional). Device needs to be less bottom rod (LBR).

    Projections: 1 5/8" with pushbar extended.

    Fasteners: All mounting screw mounting. Device mounting fasteners are concealed, latch fasteners are exposed to egress side.

    End Caps: Sloped metal end caps

    ANSI: Certified ANSI A156.3 Grade 1 standards

    Applications: For institutional, commercial, retail, education installations and all areas with moderate to frequent traffic.
