Falcon 25-C heavy duty, concealed vertical rod exit device with Night Latch, Dummy and Blank Escutcheon Functions for high traffic applications. Grade 1, made with extruded aluminum construction to deliver greater strength and impact resistance. Available in a variety of finishes and trims.

    Falcon Heavy-Duty 25-C Series Exit Device with concealed vertical rod for panic and fire-rated applications.

    Options: 

    Functions and Trims: Large trim selection available with options for functions including: Night Latch, Dummy Trim, Blank Escutcheon and Standard Cylinder. See options tab below for full selection.

    Cylinder: All functions are provided less cylinder. To purchase cylinders please contact us or call our office at 845-388-1300.

    Finishes: Available in a choice of 9 finishes options: US28, US32D, 313AN, US26D, US26, US32, US10, US4 and US3. 313AN finish will be provided in trims with SP313 finish.

    Device Size: Choose from 3 size options; For door up to 24", 36" (33" device) or 48" (45" device) wide. Device can be easily cut to size on the field. 

    Applications: For high traffic applications including offices, retail, healthcare, churches and educational facilities. Can be used on exterior, interior, new construction and retro-fit applications.

    Design: Sleek architectural design with streamlined touch bar and no exposed screws or rivets on the back of the device. Scratch-resistant stainless steel pushpad cover and flush end caps. Patent pending deadlocking technology built into device. Center case is heavy wrought with sintered metal parts.

    Latchbolt: Top stainless steel, 3/4" throw. On 25-C, bottom bolt 1/2" throw.

    Handing: Specify Right Hand Reverse (RHR) or Left Hand Reverse (LHR). To determine door handing see our How To Determine Door Handing and Swing. 

    Installation: Simple to install, All mounting hardware included. See Installation Tab below. 

    Door Type: For metal doors.

    Door Thickness: For 1 3/4" thick doors, specify if other.

    Mounting Height: Furnished to length based on 40 1/4" horizontal centerline to finished floor. Variations to centerline must be specified in order comments. Please select height in tabs above and extension rods will be furnished to length. 

    Stile: 3 1/2" minimum, 4 1/2" minimum on fire-rated doors. 

    Projections: 2 3/4" maximum, 2" dogged. 

    Strikes: 4188 mortised top. 2130 bottom standard, 4155 and 2126A bottom optional. For F-25-C, 1279 standard, F1280 optional, B label (1 1/2 hr.)

    Dogging Feature: Half turn hex dogging standard. No threaded parts to wear out. Cylinder dogging available upon request (uses 1 1/8" mortise cylinder with standard cam.)

    Fasteners: All mounting screws are concealed, sheet metal screws standard. Machine screws available upon request.

    UL Listed: "A" label (3 hr.) : 4'0" x 10'0" single doors; 8'0" x 10'0" pair of doors (F-25-M x F-25-V or F-25-C). "B" label (1 1/2hr) with F1280 open back strike.

    ANSI: Certified ANSI A156.3-2001 grade 1 standards.

    Electric Functions: Can be interfaced with building security systems. Latch retraction, FSA/FSE trim, security monitoring, delayed egress and exit alarm available (EL fail-secure only). Subject to code requirements, state and local.
