This HES 1DB-2 Option Faceplate Kit is compatible for use with the HES 1600CDB, and the HES 1600CS electric strike, of the 1600 series. The kit includes the 1N-2 Option faceplate, designed for wood applications, and works with mortise locks, and tubular deadbolts up to a 1" latchbolt. The mounting holes on the faceplates, enable the electric strike to be fastened to the door frame. Available in a choice of finish options; select from the dropdown below.

    Faceplates fasten, embellish, and protect doors and electric strikes. It is the part that gets mounted onto the side of the door, surrounding the latchbolt. This HES 1DB-2 Option Faceplate Kit works with the HES 1600CDB, and the HES 1600CS electric strike, of the HES 1600 series.

    Frame Application: For wood appplications.

    For Use With: Mortise locks, and tubular deadbolts up to a 1" latchbolt.

    Operation: 

    • Mode 1: Night latch function - the deadbolt is retracted during traffic hours. The latchbolt is released by the keeper and keeper returns to the locked position.
    • Mode 2: Lockout function - the electric strike will not release if the deadbolt is extended.
