Ives 210XY is an Adjustable, Full Surface, Swing Clear Continuous Hinge with a 1/16" door inset. It can be adjusted laterally and vertically while hanging the door and is patented center loaded, with an interlocking bearign design. This hinge is constructed for doors that are maximum 48" wide and up to 550 pounds. Available in various sized and finishes; choose from the dropdowns below.

    Continuous Hinges are designed to last the life of the building. The unique design distributes the weight of the door along the entire length of the frame. This Aluminum Geared continuous hinge utilizes a single gear section for the leaf and a separate gear section for the frame side of the door.

    • 1/32" door inset
    • Patented center loaded with an interlocking bearing design.

    Hardware Included:

    • 12-24 x 3/4" Steel self drilling / self tapping Phillips head screw.
    • 12-24 x 3/4" Steel self drilling / self tapping hex head screw

    Door Type:

    • Swing clear for beveled or square edge doors
    • Installs easily on doors with a 90° opening.
    • For doors with a maximum width of 48".
    • For doors weighing up to 550 pounds.
