Ives 700CS, a new Ives CS Series, is a Pin and Barrel, Full Mortise, Stainless Steel Continuous Hinge with a decorative cover. The patented cover on the hinge hides the pin and barrel, which creates a clean and neat appearance. It has a 1/16” door inset and is constructed for doors that are maximum 48" wide and up to 600 pounds. Available in various finishes and sizes; choose from the dropdowns below.

    The Ives CS Series is a new patented solution that brings the clean aesthetic design of aluminum geared continuous hinges to the ruggedness and safety afforded by stainless steel, pin and barrel continuous hinges. The series feature heavy duty, easy-to-install, hinges that can be used for fire applications and is highly suitable for aftermarket or new construction situations.

    Design:

    • Patented, medical-grade, nylon winged bearings.
    • Patented cover protects hinge knuckle and creates a clean and neat appearance.
    • XY adjustability feature allows for better door alignment during installation.
    • 1/16” Door inset.

    Hardware Included: 12-24 X 3/4" Self drilling, self tapping screws.

    Door Type: 

    • For bevel or square edge doors.
    • Maximum 1 3/4" door thickness.
    • For doors with a maximum width of 48".
    • For doors weighing up to 300 pounds without reinforcing. 
    • For doors weighing up to 600 pounds with reinforcing.

    Thru Wire Panel Feature:  The Thru Wire Panel design for full mortise applications, easily mounts and removes from the mortise side of door with no need to remove the cover or pull from the opposite side of the door. It features a one piece cover appearance, with no unattractive Thru Wire Panel seams. Choose from the options above.
