Ives center hung pivot sets are installed in the center of the door. The pivot point is centered in the thickness of the door. They can act on either single or double acting doors. This Ives 7256 pivot set is for doors not larger then 4'0" x 8'0" and up to 600 lbs. It has easy installation with tilt on bearing and bearing pin. It's non handed and available in a variety of finishes.

    Ives 7256 is a center hung pivot set which consists of a top header mount and bottom base mount pivot. It has a vertical adjustment range of 3/16" with positive locking that allows the installer to precisely install the door and balance the load.
