Ives center hung pivot sets are installed in the center of the door. The pivot point is centered in the thickness of the door. They can act on either single or double acting doors. This Ives 7259 heavy duty pivot set is recommended for doors not bigger then 4'0" x 8'0" and up to 1000 lbs.

    Ives 7259 is a center hung pivot set which consists of a top header mount and bottom base frame mount pivot. It has a vertical adjustment range of 3/16" with positive locking that allows the installer to precisely install the door and balance the load.
