Concealed wiring and wall-mounted, the Rixon's 994M electromagnetic door holder with an adjustable armature is suggested for solid wood doors. Their principal function is to maintain the open position of fire and smoke barrier doors until a remote smoke detector or other switching device activates them.

    • 25-40 lbs. holding force
    • For 50-55 lbs. holding force, specify voltage: 120VAC, 24VAC, 24VDC, 12VDC, 240VAC
