• There will be a flat $19.99 shipping and handling fee on orders under $300.00.
• Freight Items: Orders containing items sized 90" - 96" have an oversize surcharge of $199.00.
• Oversize Freight Items: Orders containing items sized 97" and above have an oversize surcharge of $250.00.
• Orders totals above $2,000.00 will ship free, regardless of size.

Returns:

• This product can be returned up to 30 days from date of purchase.
• Item must be in new, resalable condition. A 15% restock fee will be applied.
• CLAIMS FOR SHORTAGE OR DAMAGE IN TRANSIT: All claims must be made within ten (10) days of receipt of goods.
• Please call or email us to receive an RMA number before returning. No returns will be processed without an RMA number.
• Return shipping is customer's responsibility. A return address will be provided with RMA#.
• If you are shipping via USPS (not recommended) do NOT require signature as we will not be able to pick up your package from local post office facility.
