Zero #712 Door Gasket, Aluminum with .2" Adjustable Neoprene Seal

This Zero #712 high quality adjustable door gasket will maintain a proper seal at all times, and create a smoke proof barrier. It is comprised of a neoprene seal which is spring load. The seal will automatically adjust to the door movement. It is available in two anodized finishes and is custom cut to size.

This heavy duty adjustable door gasket will constantly maintain a proper seal around the perimeter of your door. It is comprised of an abrasion resistant neoprene seal with an extruded bulb and finger (EBF). The EBF ensures a reliable seal, even when the door is misaligned due to poor installation or natural warping. The seal is automatically adjusted with a stainless steel loaded spring. It can also be easily manually adjusted with a screw driver. The maximum adjustable range is .310" and it ensures desired seal is maintained at all times, and to create a barrier for smoke. The sizing of this head and jamb protection allows it to be applied to a stop. It is available in two anodized finishes and is custom cut to size.
