This Zero #31 door gasket utilizes Zero's Compress-O-Matic design to provide head and jamb protection. The aluminum anodized casing is fitted with a neoprene seal that is smoke rated and creates a barrier against dust, moisture, fumes, drafts and insects. Comes in four colors and can be custom cut to size.

This door bumper strip utilizes Zero's Compress-O-Matic seal to provide protection from drafts, moisture, fumes, dust and insects. It is smoke rated. It is constructed with an aluminum anodized casing that measures .38" x .46". The aluminum anodized casing is surface mounted to the frame of the door, and is designed to be applied to a stop. It is fitted with a high quality, durable solid neoprene seal that will outlive frequent usages. Additionally, it is constructed with an Extruded Bulb/Finger (EBF) to ensure a tight seal even when doors are misaligned due to poor installation or slight warping, etc. This product can also be applied as a window protection on double-hung windows, for the lower sash. Comes in four colors and can be custom cut to size.
