This door bottom sweep is encased in an aluminum casing with a snap-on cover. It has a .375" brush seal which creates a barrier for dust, light, fire, smoke and insects. Available in various aluminum anodized finishes with two brush inserts and is custom cut to size.

Door sweeps are applied to doors to seal the gap between the door bottom and the floor surface beneath it. Great for residential homes and offices, this creates a barrier for light, sound, dust, fire, smoke and insects and is a simple way to significantly lower energy consumption.

This door bottom comes with a snap-on cover which eliminates exposed mounting screws and creates an aesthetically appealing appearance. It is surface mounted to the bottom of the doors and is punched with elongated mounting holes for easy installation and adjustment.

The sweep consists of a .375" brush. The high quality bristles remain flexible in extreme temperatures making it an ideal product to seal almost all door openings while using minimal closing force. It conforms well to surface irregularities and can be used on an exterior door. The Nylon Brush is made of densely compressed type 6 nylon bristles for a superior seal. The Soft Brush is made of very flexible, soft fibers, ideal for applications with delicate surfaces.

Installation instructions and screws provided. Screws are colored to blend unobtrusively with casing.

Insert Colors: Please note, clear anodized door bottom is supplied with grey brush and all other finishes are supplied with a black brush. For alternate combination, contact us or call us at 845-388-1300.
