This Door Gasket and Bottom Sweep is supplied with an 45º angled flange which provides the best contact between the seal and the floor surface or door jamb. It has a high quality 4" brush seal which can seal up to 2.875” gaps and greatly reduce infiltration of light, air, wind, rain, and snow; prevents heat loss; and controls the penetration of smoke and fumes. Available in two aluminum finishes and is custom cut to size.

    This multi-purpose fire and smoke rated door gasket and door bottom sweep can be applied to both wood and metal doors. It can be used on overhead, sectional, sliding and automatic doors. 

    The door seal is supplied with a 45º angled flange which provides ideal contact between the seal and the floor surface beneath it or the door jamb it comes in contact with. It is fitted with a row of 4" high quality dense nylon filaments which can seal up to 2.875” gaps. They conform well to the contours of many sealing surfaces, which ensures a superior seal with extremely low closing force. The nylon brush remains flexible in weathers down to -40ºF and over 400ºF. The casing is punched with elongated slots which allow for easy adjustment once installed.

    Installation instruction and screws provided.

    Brush Inserts: Clear Anodized is supplied with a grey insert and Dark Bronze is supplied with a black insert. Other combinations can be requested. Contact us or call us at 845-388-1300 to place a request.
