This Zero #254 mortised door bottom sweep provides reliable sill protection, while maintaining the clean and neat look of the door. It is fitted with a soft pile brush insert that prevents infiltration of dust, light and moisture. Available in Aluminum Mill Finish and is custom cut to size.

This fully mortised door bottom sweep provides reliable sill protection while still maintaining the clean and neat look of the door. The aluminum track is fitted with a soft poly-pile brush insert which fills gaps to minimize infiltration of dust, insects, light and moisture. The brush remains flexible in extreme weather conditions and conforms well to surface irregularities, making it ideal over uneven surfaces such as tiles. It can seal gaps up to .187” height.

Application: the track requires a cavity of 1.024” x .25”. The fully mortised aspect of this product makes it an ideal option for high end designer doors, luxury hotels and upscale condos.

It is recommended that this product be used in conjunction with a Utility Threshold.

I installed this on the bottom of a pocket door and it works great for this application! The company should contact pocket door manufactures and make them aware, I am sure other people would want to do this too!
