Solid cast zinc levers.

3/4" diameter stainless steel bolt with 1/2" throw.

Fixed conventional or small format interchangeable housing cylinder.

Latchbolt adjustable from 2-3/8" to 2-3/4" backset.

Lock Is Comprised of:

• Lever of your choice
• Cylinder of your choice in exterior and interior finish of your choice
• Backset-adjustable from 2-3/8" to 2-3/4". Factory set at 2-3/4".
• Two operating keys-keyed different
• Schlage C keyway
• Drilled 6-pin, keyed 5-pin cylinder
• Latchbolt
• Square corner strike with dustbox
• Door thickness of 1-3/8" to 1-3/4"

Available Finishes: Bright Brass; Satin Brass; Satin Bronze; Antique Bronze Oiled; Bright Chromium Plated; Satin Chromium Plated (Finishes comply with BHMA codes. See Product Data Tab.)

Option of split finish available: Lock can be purchased with one finish for the outside section of the lock and another for the inside. 
 If the interior finish is the same as the exterior, select "Same as Exterior Finish". Otherwise, select the finish of your choice.

Functions: Non-Keyed Functions

• 3610-Passage: Latchbolt operated by lever from either side, at all times.
• 3617-Dummy: Pull 1 side, no mechanical operation.
• 3640-Privacy: Latchbolt operated by lever from either side. Outside lever is locked by push-button and unlocked by emergency release from outside, operating inside lever or closing the door.
   

                    Keyed Functions-not available in Satin Chromium Plated finish

• 3653-Entry: 
  • Deadlocking latchbolt operated by lever on either side, except when the turn button locks the outside lever. 
  • Pushing the turn button "in" locks the outside lever, requiring use of a key from the outside to unlock. Turning the inside lever unlocks the outside lever. 
  • Pushing "in" and turning the button locks outside lever, requiring key to unlock from the outside. Turning inside lever does not unlock outside lever until button is manually turned to unlocked position. 
  • Inside lever is always free.
     
• 3670-Classroom: Deadlocking latchbolt operated by lever from either side except when outside lever is locked from the ouside by a key. When outside lever is locked, latchbolt is operated by inside lever.
• 3680-Storeroom: 
  • Deadlocking latchbolt operated by key in outside lever, or by operating inside lever.  
  • Outside lever is always locked. 
  • Inside lever is always unlocked.

Standard Door Prep:

• Cylinder hole: 2-1/8" diameter (cross bore)
• Latch hole: 1" diameter (edge bore)

Exposed Trim:

• Levers: Cast zinc
• Rose: Wrought brass

Rose Diameter: 2-15/16" diameter

Lock Chassis: Heavy guage steel, zinc dichromated for corrosion resistance

Keys: Two operating keys, which are keyed differently, supplied per lock.

  • Brass, Drilled 6-pin, keyed 5-pin. Standard.
  • Brass, Drilled 6-pin, keyed 6-pin. Optional. Available through our office only, at 845-388-1300.
• Small Format Interchangeable Core Housing Option: The inner core, containing the keyway, is removable and changeable for security purposes. Say, a department store fires its manager. All the cores could be removed and changed, with new keys distributed to all its employees. This way, there is no worry that the previous manager has access to the offices. As an aside, the cores can than be sent to a locksmith for rekeying so that they could be used again.
  Note: Cores are not included with this option. To order Small Format Interchangeable Housing or Cores (SFIC) call us at 845-388-1300.

Door Thickness: 1-3/8"-1-3/4" Thick.

Backset: Adjustable 2-3/8" to 2-3/4". Preset at factory for 2-3/8".

Latchbolt:

• 1/2" throw-stainless steel
• 1" x 2-1/4" faceplate
• Deadlocking latchbolt-prevents manipulation when door is closed; keyed functions only.
• Square corner faceplate. Standard.
• Round corner faceplate. Optional. Available through our office only, at 845-388-1300.

Strikes: 3935 ASA 1-1/4" x 4-7/8" strike.

Options: Tactile warning available on lever. Price: additional $31.55
