This aluminum interlocking sill provides window protection for open-in, casement-type, wooden windows. When installed on the casement window sill, this product interlocks with a corresponding Hemmed Hook to create a seal preventing infiltration of sound, water, drafts, and insects.

This high quality aluminum sill sits on the wooden casement windowsill, and measures 1.250" deep. It stands .700” high on the exterior side and .370” on the interior side (see product specs). A weep hole in the center of the aluminum sill permits drainage and ventilation for the wooden sill. Available in aluminum mill finish and dark bronze anodized.

For the complete weatherstrip set, order the corresponding Hemmed Hook. This hook is nailed to the underside of the wood casement window frame so that it interlocks with the aluminum sill when closed, thereby sealing any gaps (see product specs).
