Pemko interlocking threshold is a reversible weather sealer for in-swing or out-swing doors. Threshold is supplied with a J Hook, which prevents moisture, wind and air from entering under doorways. This threshold is a proven solution in properies of high elevation or homes near the ocean. Overall dimensions or threshold is 4.5" W x .875" H. Length is custom cut to size.

    This Interlocking Residential Threshold set  for inswing or outswing doors is designed to seal the air- gap beneath external doors.

    Width: 4.5" (4-1/2")

    Height: .875" (7/8")

    Length: Custom cut to size up to 104" (larger sizes can be purchased through our office)

    Finishes: Bronze mill finish (Oil rubbed bronze can also be purchased for an additional 40% of standard bronze pricing)

    Interlocking Hook: Threshold is supplied with a Bronze J Hook, however additional hooks, such as Surface Mounted Interlocking Angle or Rabbeted Interlocking Angle, can be purchased separately by selecting link.

    Installation: Installation instructions provided.

    Drilling: Threshold can be drilling if requested. Please select from options above.

    Fasteners: Screws for threshold and hook provided. Screws are colored to coordinate with threshold. Note, expansion anchors are recommended when installing into concrete, not included. Can be purchased through our office.
