This Zero #175B Interlocking Threshold, compatible with an in-swing door, and perfect for an exterior door, is fitted with a water return and weep hole which drains water. It is Fire Rated and will provide a strong seal against dust, drafts and water infiltration. Available with options of epoxy abrasives and full body strength. Length is custom cut to size.

    The interlocking design effectively seals the gap under doors. Compatible with inswing doors. Threshold has a flat top saddle which works well with our Surface Mounted Automatic Door Bottoms.

    Installation: Installation Instructions and screws provided. If threshold is being drilled into concrete, an Expansion Anchor is recommended.

    Additional Options Include:

    • Non-Stick Epoxy Abrasives can be bonded into the grooves. The tread provides a coefficient of friction of 1.02 dry and 0.98 wet to comply with ADA, OSHA and most local building codes requirements.
