Zero #265 Latching Panic Exit Threshold, 5" Aluminum with Neoprene Gasket, Low Profile, .625" H

This Zero #265 Latching Panic Exit Threshold, made of Aluminum Mill Finish, can be used in conjunction with a surface applied vertical rod exit device. It is fitted with a Neoprene Bulb which compresses against the door to create a solid seal. It is fire and smoke rated and will prevent air, wind and water infiltration. Length is custom cut to size.

Seal: Threshold has a neoprene seal which compresses against door to create a solid seal. The specialized Extruded Bulb and Finger Design (EBF) ensures superior sealing by compensating for gaps that may occur due to faulty installation or natural warping of the door. Seal remains flexible in extreme temperatures
