    Threshold is fitted with a PVC break which reduces heat loss and prevents frost build up on the interior surface of the saddle.

    Saddle Material: Aluminum Mill Finish with Unfinished Oak insert

    Seal: Solid Neoprene EBF (Extruded Bulb and Finger) Seal. Protruding finger compensates for misalignment of door, due to natural warping or poor installation of door. Neoprene is a long lasting material that remain effective in extreme temperatures.

    Installation: Installation instructions and screws provided. If threshold is being drilled into concrete, Expansion Anchors are recommended.

    Drilling: Threshold is supplied drilled

    Additional Options: Full Body Strength: An aluminum composite filler containing aluminum oxide and silicone carbide. Ideal applications include heavy commercial traffic in supply rooms, manufacturing buildings, schools, cafeterias, automobile dealers, hospitals and industrial facilities.
